Nelson has since built a bustling career as a live performer, playing piano and saxophone at "an average of 80 events a year," he says, mostly weddings. Atlanta rap star Young Thug agreed to change his plea to guilty Thursday in Georgia’s longest-running criminal trial, a stunning turn that, if approved by the judge, would bring his high-profile case to a close. The agreement comes after three of Young Thug's co-defendants took plea deals this week following mounting speculation that Whitaker could order a mistrial. Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis used Georgia's Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations, or RICO, statute to claim Young Thug and his associates are a street gang with ties to the national Bloods gang. Whitaker this week approved plea deals for three of them: Quamarvious Nichols, 29; Marquavius Huey, 28; and Rodalius Ryan, 18. Nicola Coughlan said she was "spooked" after encountering her AI vocal likeness on TikTok. AI-generated audio featuring the vocal likeness of public figures is common on social media. But Coughlan herself experienced a new horror — running into her AI-generated vocal likeness. "It was just an AI version of my voice, and it spooked me so badly," Coughlan told Time. Voice actor Connor Fogarty told Business Insider in September that he had encountered AI-generated videos featuring his voice on social media, which a fan took down at his request.

Are we living through another Lamar Jackson MVP season? The Bears defense has also been phenomenal and will keep them in games even when Williams will inevitably struggle, as all rookies do. Full disclosure: One of my bold predictions entering the season was that Rattler would wind up taking Derek Carr’s job this season. The bigger concern is the Saints’ defense, which surrendered 600 yards and 50 points and allowed the Bucs to convert 6 of 10 third downs. It doesn’t matter who plays quarterback — the Saints defense has to put up some resistance.
