Trump is expected to be in court for the highly anticipated testimony, detouring from his usual campaign haunts to the Manhattan courtroom for a sixth day this month. Trump attended the trial for two days last week — having planned the trip when it was expected that Cohen would be testifying. Trump is expected to testify later in the trial. Looking at the time of writing for mid-November, a ticket on Air India is nearly $2,000 cheaper than American. Russia's airspace is closed to many global airlines, forcing carriers to detour around the nation. Routes to and from Asia are up to four hours longer. Finnair's flight to Japan is four hours longer, while United treks an extra two hours to India. Carriers like British Airways, Finnair, Dutch carrier KLM, and Lufthansa, are flying about one to three hours longer than normal to avoid Russia. "Instead of a three-man crew, the extra hours can tip an airline into a heavy crew of four — and when there is a global pilot shortage, that can be really inconvenient."

REUTERS/Ann WangBEIJING/TAIPEI, April 16 (Reuters) - China launched a weather satellite on Sunday as civilian flights altered their routes to avoid a Chinese-imposed no-fly zone to the north of Taiwan which Beijing put in place because of the possibility of falling rocket debris. The no-fly announcement rattled regional nerves as it followed shortly after China staged new war games around Taiwan, which Beijing views as sovereign Chinese territory. Flights to and from Taiwan and China, Taiwan and South Korea and Taiwan and Japan were amongst those detouring around the zone on Sunday morning, according to routes tracked on Flightradar24. The zone is in an area over the East China Sea slightly northeast of Taiwan that routinely sees heavy civilian flight traffic. China has denounced what it has called hype around China's space activities and an attempt to escalate confrontation across the Taiwan Strait.
