X — formerly Twitter — will auction off items from its San Francisco HQ due to its brand overhaul. Just because these items are being auctioned off doesn't mean you'll be able to fill your living room with furniture from Twitter HQ. HGP will help buyers carry items into the loading area, but it does not provide shipping services. In January, the company sold items from its HQ including a pizza oven, office furniture, and an espresso machine. The Twitter bird and signature sky blue theme are slowly being removed in favor of the black and white X branding.

The owner of the handle, Gene X Hwang, said he'd been willing to trade it. In its rebranding efforts, X — formerly known as Twitter — abruptly took over one of its user accounts with the handle @x on Tuesday night. He'd owned the @x handle since 2007 and has since generated over 53,000 followers on the social media site. X emailed Gene X Hwang that they had taken his handle during their rebranding process. What's more, taking over the @x handle appears to be the least of the social media's rebranding woes.

Elon Musk's private jet hasn't flown to Starbase in almost three months, per jet-tracking data. He has flown to airports near SpaceX HQ in LA, however, and could have used its planes to fly to Starbase. Prior to Musk's Twitter acquisition, Brownsville, Texas was one of the private jet's most frequent destinations, per Sweeney's flight data. However, Musk's private jet has flown to airports near SpaceX's headquarters in Hawthorne, California since the Twitter acquisition, including Los Angeles International Airport, Sweeney's data shows. After purchasing Twitter, Musk said his workload jumped from "70 to 80 hours a week to probably 120."

Bankman-Fried declined to answer Fox Business when asked if he used client assets to fund his purchases.
