Trinity Teen Solutions informed the Wyoming Department of Family Services, which licenses the ranch, that it stopped providing services and enrolling new teens on Sept. 28, officials said. Trinity Teen Solutions’ website remains active, but its Facebook and Twitter accounts were deleted in the past several weeks.
