Federal prosecutors have accused Sean “Diddy” Combs of breaking jail rules in an attempt to manipulate witness testimony and taint the potential jury pool in his case, according to a court document filed Friday. A former body guard for Sean Combs has filed a defamation lawsuit against a woman who in September accused him of physically and sexually assaulting her in 2001. Joseph Sherman called the allegations in Thalia Graves’ lawsuit “utterly and entirely false,” in documents filed Thursday in federal court in Manhattan. She said Sherman had lifted her up from a couch, slammed her down on a table and Combs then raped her, according to her court filing. Sherman also slapped her multiple times and forced her to perform oral sex on him, Graves’ lawsuit said. A federal grand jury in New York is hearing new evidence this week as part of the investigation into Sean "Diddy" Combs. Attorney Ariel Mitchell-Kidd told NBC News on Wednesday that a male client of hers is testifying before a grand jury in the Southern District of New York on Thursday. Sean “Diddy” Combs has been accused in separate lawsuits of sexually assaulting two boys, one who was 10 at the time, and another who was 17. Afterward, a Combs associate gave the child a spiked soda and Combs forced him to perform oral sex on him, the lawsuit alleges. The suit alleges he was “deprived of a normal childhood” and is unable to interact with others and live a normal life. In a one-on-one meeting with Combs, the suit alleges, Combs instructed the 17-year-old to undress and groped and fondled his penis. The suit alleges Combs masturbated while he groped the contestant and told him that he had the ability to “make or break” his career.

One John Doe states in his lawsuit that he auditioned for Combs in 2005 at a hotel in New York at age 10. According to the lawsuit, Combs then forced Doe to perform oral sex after he resisted. Doe lost consciousness and later woke up in tears with his pants undone and pain in his anus and buttocks, the lawsuit states. The following day, the complaint states, Combs and his bodyguard sexually assaulted Doe. The initial lawsuit, filed by his former girlfriend Cassie Ventura, was settled the next day.
