The Rembrandt House Museum in Amsterdam is hosting a pop-up tattoo parlor, with tattoo artists inking replicas of Rembrandt’s work on paying visitors. Renowned tattoo artist Henk Schiffmacher is half of the team inking Rembrandt's work onto visitors. Several designs—which cost between €100 and €250 ($109-$218)—have been on offer, including original etchings by Rembrandt, Rembrandt’s signature and his monogram. Visitors have come from across Europe and even the US to get inked at the museum, he said.

"To own a Rembrandt, you have to have a lot of money, even if you want a small little etching. People interested had to be quick - the week-long event was sold out in 15 minutes, head of the Rembrandt House Museum Milou Halbesma said, although daily walk-ins are also available. Rembrandt House employee Lillian Ramcharan was the first to get a tattoo this week. Schiffmacher is relishing the experience of working in Rembrandt's house and plans to get a tattoo of the master's work himself.

''În faza iniţială de răspuns, rezultatele noastre arată că, în medie, bărbaţii produc mai mulţi anticorpi decât femeile, dar nivelurile se echilibrează în timpul fazei rezolutive şi sunt similare la ambele sexe în lunile ulterioare infecţiei cu SARS-CoV-2'', a adăugat acesta. Colaborând cu Institutul portughez pentru sânge şi transplant (IPST), Veldhoen a confirmat ''o activitatea robustă până la cea de-a şaptea lună după infectare la o mare parte din indivizii testaţi anterior''. ''Lunile care vor urma vor fi esenţiale pentru evaluarea robusteţii răspunsului imunitar sau a posibilităţii de reinfectare'', a conchis cercetătorul din cadrul IMM.
