Former NFL quarterback Jay Cutler was arrested Thursday following a minor crash in downtown Franklin, Tennessee, according to the Franklin Police Department. Cutler was taken into custody by police and a blood search warrant was obtained at a nearby medical center. Cutler was booked into Williamson County Jail and released on $5,000 bond, according to police. Kristin Cavallari and Jay Cutler in Chicago, in 2019.
