A great deal of attention has also been paid to some Israeli fans who pulled down a Palestinian flag, vandalized a taxi and, in Hebrew, chanted ugly anti-Arab phrases. ☆ Air taxi firm Lilium plunges 45% after saying main subsidiaries will file for insolvency

Shares of Lilium tanked Thursday after the air taxi firm said in a filing that its two main subsidiaries will file for insolvency in the coming days. The German aerospace startup's shares plunged more than 60% before paring losses to 45% following the news. Lilium was seeking to raise 50 million euros ($54 million) of loans from the state coffers, however its request was rejected by lawmakers. In all, Lilium was trying to raise a convertible loan of 100 million euros. The subsidiaries' planned insolvency filings could result in Lilium ultimately delisting from the Nasdaq Global Select Market, or having its shares suspended.

Dexcom — Shares slid nearly 7%, despite the manufacturer of diabetes management devices posting a third-quarter adjusted earnings and revenue beat. L3Harris reported adjusted earnings of $3.34 per share on revenue of $5.29 billion, while analysts polled by LSEG had expected $3.26 per share on $5.28 billion in revenue. Boyd reported adjusted earnings of $1.52 a share, beating the consensus estimate of analysts polled by FactSet by 12 cents. In the third quarter, Capital One reported adjusted earnings of $4.51 per share on revenue of $10.01 billion. CNN —Armed assailants launched a deadly “terror” attack on Turkey’s state-run aerospace company near the capital Ankara on Wednesday, government officials said. At least five people were killed and 22 injured in the “terrorist attack” on the Turkish Aerospace Industries (TUSAS) headquarters in the outskirts of Ankara, said Interior Minister Ali Yerlikaya. The attack occurred while Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan was in the Russian city of Kazan to attend the annual BRICS summit. Turkish Aerospace IndustriesTurkey is a member of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization. “An attack on a major Turkish defense contractor, a public company, but also the crown jewel of Turkey’s defense industry, is going to be a huge trauma,” she said.
