Trump’s legal team, meanwhile, is evaluating its next steps for how to get all four criminal cases resolved, and plan to argue soon that all of the cases “must stop immediately,” according to a source directly involved in the discussions. They argue that some of the evidence presented to the grand jury and at the criminal trial should not have been allowed in the wake of the high court's ruling.
