One video went viral after being posted by Tate Moore, a Barstool Sports employee, where two game spectators appeared to be repeatedly punched by deputies. As they speak, the camera pans to a deputy appearing to hold a stun gun a few feet away. It then sounds as if the stun gun was deployed and the man pulls the cords to the gun off him and stands up yelling. "I’m aware of several disturbing videos circulating from yesterday’s game," Deegan said.

The guard reported the gunman’s suspicious presence to a nearby sheriff’s deputy, Sheriff Waters said. In an interview, Sheriff Waters said the gunman did not shoot at one person inside the store who was also white. “I know for a fact that he did not like Black people,” said Sheriff Waters, who is Black.
