"We wanted a marshmallow to have a little bite to it, not just be a foamy air," he says.

If Smashmallow couldn't produce enough marshmallows, Tanis wouldn't get its dough.
The thing is, even though Smashmallow failed, Sebastiani didn't.
"In that industry, a snackable marshmallow is a Smashmallow, like a copy machine is a Xerox," says Kwasniewski.
