Over the course of last year citrus ingredients shot up by between 25% and 35% in price, he said.
They now cost nearer to 15 pounds because of a 50% jump in the price of tinned tomatoes.
He said: "We're just looking into every single aspect of the expenses that we incur to try and make a living."
