Украинская компания пытается взыскать с Республики Молдова сумму почти в 1 миллиард леев по якобы долгу за электроэнергию, поставленную в Кишинев в конце 90-х годов. 15 января 2021 года Окружной суд Колумбии (США) апелляционной инстанции) рассматривал дело об утверждении и признании иностранного арбитражного решения против государства Республика Молдова, пишет RISE Moldova. Украинская компания, которая в настоящее время требует от Республики Молдова предполагаемой задолженности за электроэнергию, поставленную в конце 90-х, — это SPS Stileks, юридический офис которой находится в Запорожье. Stileks заплатил 1,5 миллиона гривен за право требовать от Республики Молдова якобы долга за электроэнергию, который между тем составляет 58 миллионов долларов. Ранее RISE Moldova писала, что как минимум две из этих компаний контролируются людьми, связанными с Вячеславом Платоном.
