At 1:05 p.m., I met up with a real-estate agent, and we filmed a $20 million penthouse on Billionaires' Row. Following a 20-minute assessment and walk-through of the penthouse, Park and I discussed how we should approach filming that day. We use an iPhone 14 Pro to film all our videos — no fancy equipment. It's an unbelievable experience, navigating through these million-dollar homes and then returning to the humble confines of a student dorm.
