But for some people, this is the dream: They're watching Netflix at 1.5x speed. What craven need for speed goes on in the dopamine-wrecked frontal cortex of someone who watches stuff at super speed? Netflix's "Love Is Blind" was mentioned several times as an example of something great to speed watch. Our modern, insatiable appetite for video content might mean that we've adapted and stretched our brains to watch faster and faster. As much as I'd like to accuse these speed watchers of being monsters, I have to consider my own preferred method of watching movies: at regular speed, on the big TV — but looking at my phone the entire time.

Discovery said that they would bundle their streaming services, selling users a package that included Disney+, Hulu and Max. For years, the company has offered services like Netflix and Apple TV+ as add-ons to its existing television bundle, acting as a vendor for those companies. Comcast, which has millions of broadband and cable television customers across the United States, has different incentives to bundle streaming services together than many of its competitors do. Many other internet providers have sold bundles that include streaming services. When the short-lived short-form streaming service Quibi launched, T-Mobile offered to bundle its wireless offering with that service.

This is the 13th edition (!) of The Rules for Thanksgiving Family Touch Football, and yes: I’m as surprised as you that this party is still going. This annual column has outlasted most NFL coaching careers, a global pandemic, Quibi, CNN+, Mikes Bloomberg and Pence for President, and anyone caring about NFTs. It’s older than both of my children, and doesn’t groan when I ask it to stop playing Minecraft and unload the dishwasher, either. As always, I am thankful for you.

Courtesy of Cerise CastleThe first episode I wrote for season two of "Abbott" was episode four, "Principal's Office," which aired in October. We always have a lot of fun in the writers room. At the same time, other writers get at least a joke or a substantial moment in another writer's episode. Jeffrey Katzenberg: Our areas of focus when we started were software as a service, best-in-class digital technology, and consumer technology. And then we recognized that digital media wasn't actually going to be successful for us, or frankly for anybody else.
