Levis appeared to be hurt after diving for yardage on a scramble during Tennessee’s second drive. Tyler Huntley earned his 10th career start in place of Tua Tagovailoa, who has been sidelined for a head injury. Huntley committed a turnover when his backward pass was dropped, leading to a fumble recovered by the Titans. Rudolph has led his team to a pair of field goals and the Titans are up 6-3.
