Delta Air Lines will begin shaking up its menu by serving Shake Shack cheeseburgers on flights departing from Boston this December, part of a new partnership with the New York-based burger chain. An NYPD officer and another woman were shot in Queens by an armed robbery suspect who was believed to be responsible for multiple robberies within the span of just about an hour, according to police. As police searched for the suspect, officers were flagged down by a witness who pointed out a man on Jamaica Avenue and 160th Street. The witness told police the man had just robbed a smoke shop on Guy Brewer Boulevard, and fired a shot while doing so, according to NYPD Chief of Detectives Joe Kenny. After being ordered to drop his weapon, the suspect fired once, hitting Officer Rich Wong in the thigh, Kenny said at a press conference from the hospital. This is the first time the window has come to auction in 24 years and the sale sets a new auction record for Tiffany Studios. The US Navy's top commander in the Indo-Pacific raised concerns on Tuesday that the Pentagon's advanced weapons shipments to Ukraine and Israel could sap the strength it needs to deal with China. “Mary Jane Veloso is coming home,” Marcos said in a statement. Philippine Foreign Undersecretary Eduardo de Vega said at a news conference in Manila that Filipino authorities would discuss the legal terms of Veloso’s transfer with their Indonesian counterparts. The Indonesian government has asked the Department of Justice in Manila to formally request Veloso’s transfer back to the Philippines, Justice Department spokesperson Mico Clavano said. Veloso traveled to Indonesia in 2010 where her godsister reportedly told her a job as a domestic worker awaited her. That Philippine case helped convince Indonesian authorities to delay Veloso’s execution and eventually consider her transfer back to her country, Clavano said.

CNN —Five new lawsuits against Sean “Diddy” Combs have been filed by both male and female accusers who allege they were drugged and sexually assaulted by the embattled music mogul, who now faces more than 30 civil complaints. The majority of the new lawsuits allege that plaintiffs were sexually assaulted at parties hosted by Combs, with one incident allegedly taking place at the producer’s White Party in 2004. One accuser claims in his lawsuit that he was assaulted by Combs and his associates at a casting call for a music video. Attorneys for Combs denied the claims, but did not respond to specific allegations in the lawsuits. Last month, the lawyers said at a press conference that they were representing more than 100 plaintiffs with allegations against Combs.
