CNN —At least 11 people have been injured after projectiles were reportedly fired from Lebanon into Majdal Shams, Golan Heights on Saturday, according to the Israel Defense Forces and Israel’s national emergency service. “A short while ago, sirens sounded in the area of Majdal Shams. One projectile was identified crossing from Lebanon toward the area. CNN —Yemen’s Houthi rebels on Friday claimed responsibility for a deadly drone blast in Tel Aviv, the Iranian proxy group’s latest attack in what it says is a response to Israel’s war against Hamas in Gaza. Jerusalem CNN —At least one person was killed and seven others injured on Thursday in a highway shooting in the occupied West Bank on the outskirts of Jerusalem, according to authorities. Two of the injured remain in serious condition, the Magen David Adom (MDA), Israel’s national emergency and medical service said. The shooting took place near the Israeli settlement of Ma’ale Adumim, according to a separate statement issued by the police spokesperson’s unit. CNN —An Israeli patrolman was shot and killed in Tel Aviv on Saturday night by a Palestinian gunman who was also shot and killed, Israeli authorities said. Israel Police Commissioner Yaakov Shabtai said two Tel Aviv municipal patrol bikers noticed the suspect and called on him to stop, prompting him to pull out a pistol and shoot one of them. The second patrolman pulled out his own gun, chased the attacker and shot him.
