The antitrust suit is one of several major actions taken by the Justice Department recently. It also comes just three years after the Justice Department sued to block Visa from merging with financial technology startup Plaid. According to the new complaint against Visa, which was filed in federal court in New York, more than 60% of debit transactions in the country take place on Visa’s debit network. Visa, in turn, is able to charge more than $7 billion in processing fees on those transactions, the department says.

Yet in over half of the shootings we identified, ICE agents never made an arrest. But Ramos still became one of dozens of people on the receiving end of an ICE agent's deadly force. A significant number of the shootings documented in the logs happened while ICE agents were off-duty or in plain clothes.

Tesla raised Model S and Model X prices by $2,000 after a year of price cuts. Elon Musk has said Tesla prices must fluctuate frequently to "match production with demand." AdvertisementAfter over a year of dropping prices of various models to boost sales, Tesla appears to be changing tack. The EV giant has increased Model S and Model X prices by $2,000 — essentially undoing the price cuts of the same amount in April. The Tesla Model S now starts at $74,990, and the Model X retails for $79,990.
