Over UndersStand tall and take a high step to the left with your left foot as if trying to sweep it over a fence.
Repeat with the right foot and sink down into a low squat.
From the low squat, step laterally to the left, keeping low as if trying to walk under a fence.
Stand tall and raise the left foot, then the right foot in a high step to the left.
Sink low into a squat and step left in the low squat.
