Rock guitarist Jake E. Lee was struck multiple times early Thursday in a Las Vegas street shooting, his management said in a statement. Officers responded to the shooting around 2:45 a.m. and found Lee with gunshot wounds, the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department said in a statement. His management said Lee is "fully conscious and doing well" in an intensive care unit and is expected to fully recover. Lee's management said Las Vegas authorities believe the street shooting was "completely random" and took place when Lee was walking his dog early Thursday. Lee spent time performing alongside Ozzy Osbourne in the 80s and then performed with the heavy-metal group Badlands.

Instead of running a Super Bowl commercial, Walmart found a way to play off other companies' ads. The Bentonville, Arkansas-based retail giant hasn't had a Super Bowl advertisement since 2020Top editors give you the stories you want — delivered right to your inbox each weekday. Throughout the evening, Walmart tweeted out links to products related to those featured in other companies' commercials. LONDON, Feb 1 (Reuters) - British rocker Ozzy Osbourne said he was "not physically capable" of going on a European and UK tour this spring, as he was too weak for all the necessary travel involved in live shows. The 74-year-old has undergone years of treatment after a 2019 fall damaged his spine and exacerbated injuries from a 2003 quad bike accident. However, after three operations, stem cell treatments, endless physical therapy sessions, and most recently groundbreaking Cybernics (HAL) Treatment, my body is still physically weak," Osbourne said, referring to a treatment involving a mechanical exoskeleton. "Never would I have imagined that my touring days would have ended this way," Osbourne said. "My team is currently coming up with ideas for where I will be able to perform without having to travel from city to city and country to country."
