Oppenheimer raised its price target on Microsoft to $500 on the potential of increasing AI adoption. Shares of AT & T are up 9% on the year, but analyst Michael Rollins' $20 price target implies that shares could rise another 9%. Analyst Andrew Obin upgraded the Post-it and Scotch parent to buy from neutral and raised his price target by $15 to $120. Analyst Christopher Nardone upgraded the shoe maker to buy from neutral and raised his price target by $16 to $87. Analyst Jay Sole upped his price target on the clothing maker by $14 to $174, now suggesting upside of 43.4%.

☆ Microsoft says new AI security chatbot pricing model lets customers 'buy what they need'

Microsoft is rolling out an unorthodox pricing model for its new security chatbot that becomes available to the public on April 1. Microsoft considered input from early customers as well as the costs of tapping OpenAI's LLMs that process users' prompts, Vasu Jakkal, a corporate vice president at Microsoft, told CNBC. Microsoft charges for use of its Azure OpenAI Service based on the number of tokens a client uses. BP is an early customer of the new security service. Copilot for Security can answer questions by drawing on information from Microsoft's own security products and third-party providers.

Martin and other authors are suing ChatGPT owner OpenAI claiming copyright infringement. It follows a series of lawsuits writers launched against OpenAI over similar accusations. This latest lawsuit joins a series of legal disputes that writers have launched against OpenAI on similar accusations of copyright infringement. Associated Press, for instance, struck a two-year agreement with OpenAI that gives the AI company permission to train ChatGPT on its archive of news stories. As for the Authors Guild, writers "must have the ability to control if and how their works are used by generative AI," Authors Guild CEO Mary Rasenberger wrote in a statement.
