A renovated home in Aspen, Colo., is set to be sold via auction as a package deal with a ranch about 30 miles away. The sellers are entrepreneur Daniel Burrell and his wife, Nikola Burrell. Daniel Burrell said he paid $19.5 million for the estate on Aspen’s Red Mountain in 2017, then spent years on the renovation before moving in about a year ago. The Burrells bought the roughly 4,200-acre ranch, which they use as a getaway, for around $18.5 million in 2021, he said.
