Four years after the radio telescope at the Arecibo Observatory in Puerto Rico collapsed, a report from the National Academies of Sciences, Engineering and Medicine is shining a light on the unprecedented failures that caused its destruction. Trump’s Hispanic vote percentage beat the previous record, set by George W. Bush's in 2004, when Bush won as much as 44% of the Hispanic vote. Pennsylvania voter Regino Cruz, 25, said Tuesday that he voted for Trump, believing the former president could improve the economy. In the battleground state of Pennsylvania, 4 in 10 Latino voters supported Trump, up from 3 in 10 in 2020.
