Discovery to form sports streaming service Venu, which promised to offer access to tons of live sports at less than half the cost of traditional cable bundles. Unlike ESPN+, this service will have all of ESPN's content, including Monday Night Football games and shows like "First Take." Disney is doing everything it can to make sure it's not in the same boat — hence its investments in projects like Venu and ESPN Flagship. Despite that drawback, Nollen is optimistic about ESPN Flagship. If ESPN Flagship hits those milestones, it can fully offset the losses from pay TV, which it will — ironically — be partially responsible for.

As such, we are evolving the Corporate Strategy function to better align with this vision, which includes two leadership roles — one focused on Corporate Strategy and another focused on Corporate Development — both reporting directly to me. In addition to strategy, Andre has advised clients on the topics of operations, organization, customer journey design, and M&A.

Nov 8 (Reuters) - Levi Strauss & Co (LEVI.N) on Tuesday named current Kohl's Corp (KSS.N) Chief Executive Officer Michelle Gass as the next CEO of the denim maker, succeeding long-time head Chip Bergh. Gass' departure from the struggling department store chain comes as activist investor groups push for management and board reshuffles, including a change of CEO. Gass will leave Kohl's in December to become president of Levi's early next year, and will take over as chief executive within the next 18 months. Kohl's said Tom Kingsbury, a director who was nominated by Macellum and Ancora last year, will serve as interim CEO from Dec. 2.
