The University of Texas System announced Wednesday it will expand its free tuition program for lower-income families to include all families making $100,000 or less a year. The free tuition for undergraduate students will begin in the fall of 2025 and will cover tuition and fees. “The combination of these actions today will ensure that average student debt at UT academic institutions continues to decline. UT System Chancellor James B. Milliken said in a statement: “Across UT institutions, enrollment is growing, and student debt is declining, indicating success in both access and affordability. The book was printed in 1532 and bound with Machiavelli's "Florentine Histories" in an Italian binding, according to Sotheby's. Heaton said the auction house is “delighted” and “excited” to offer the “incredibly rare book” at Sotheby’s in London in its next Books & Manuscripts auction, which runs from November 28 to December 12. Investors should brace themselves for another big move next year, according to an analysis of historical data from Bank of America. The S & P 500 is up 24.7% in 2024 and on track for its second straight year with a gain of more than 20%. After rising 31% and 38% in 1927 and 1928, respectively, the S & P 500 lost 12% in 1929 and another 28% in 1930, Hartnett said. The last time the S & P 500 posted back-to-back 20% annual gains was in the 1990s, soaring 34% in 1995 and 20% in 1996. Hartnett noted that the "secret sauce" for the S & P 500 to avoid some of the sharp reversals seen before is a decline in Treasury yields.

Known for his assertive national security measures, Trump's 2018 National Cyber Strategy emphasized embedding cyber capabilities across all elements of national power and focusing on cross-departmental coordination and public-private partnerships rather than creating a standalone cyber entity. I must have the address where the party is happening and the phone number of an adult there. So I set some ground rules for my kids to party and for me to have peace of mind. We find a compromiseI miss the days when I knew most of my kids' friends and their parents and we all looked out for each other's offspring. Rule number two is that they have to always keep their location on and share it with us on their devices. Rule number three, one we just added, is that we need the contact info of whoever they believe is their most responsible friend.
