The NFL has also been trying to sell the NFL network for several years. AdvertisementThe NFL Network, which has been around for a couple of decades, is a mish-mash of NFL-related content. At one point the NFL was hoping to tie the sale of the NFL Network to Sunday Ticket, its popular all-the-games-you-can-watch subscription service.

Here are six things to watch for on Tuesday night:Will Harris deliver the policy message voters say they want to hear? More than her convention speech, the debate will provide a platform for Harris to answer some of those questions. This image shared by ABC News shows the stage in Philadelphia ahead of the debate between Harris and Trump. Rebecca Wright/CNNWhen Harris sticks by Biden’s policies, Trump attacks them and her as a failure. What’s not up for debate is that Biden, though absent in person, figures to be a prominent figure on the debate stage.

Investors who are camped out in cash are nabbing sweet yields, but the clock is ticking on that attractive income. Money market fund assets totaled $6.14 trillion as of the week ended July 24, according to the Investment Company Institute . The largest money market funds are offering an annualized 7-day current yield of 5.12%, per the Crane 100 Money Fund Index. "Investors must also remember that the liquid securities held in money market funds have maturities capped at slightly over a year," he said. While these short-term bonds may be an attractive alternative to hiding out in cash, investors should avoid making them the lion's share of their fixed income holdings.

Dr. Quetzalli Hernández, the veterinarian in charge of Nidia’s care at a wildlife park in Mexico, was desperate. For help, Dr. Hernández reached out to Dr. Mish Castillo, the chief veterinary officer at ICAN Vets, a company engaging in veterinary cannabis education and research in Mexico. Calibrated by weight, the dose is one-tenth to one-fortieth of what Dr. Castillo gives to dogs or cats. The first sign that the treatment was effective was when Nidia developed a serious case of the munchies. “She was always known as the grumpy one — she used to kick doors,” Dr. Castillo said.

Harrods, London's upmarket department store, sells a Wagyu beef sandwich for £28 ($35.) Simply called the "Wagyu Steak Sandwich," the new addition to the menu at Harrods in Knightsbridge contains strips of Wagyu beef fillet along with accompanied by porcini and truffle butter, gold mustard mayo, large portobello mushrooms, arugula, and beer- braised onions. The Harrods deli counter where you can purchase the Wagyu sandwich. High-grade marbled Wagyu beef is a delicacy typically imported from Japan and can cost anywhere between $120 and $300 per pound. To its credit, and to be expected when it packs a whopping 1,040 calories, the Harrods sandwich was a generous size and I was definitely full by the end.

Sam Bankman-Fried hobnobbed, worked, and traveled in style in FTX's prime, Bloomberg reported. Photos show him with New York City Mayor Eric Adams, playing the odd sport, and reclining in a jet. The Sam Bankman-Fried once celebrated by investors and honored on the Forbes 30 under 30 list lived well. A new collection of photos published by Bloomberg shows the one-time billionaire seemingly in his element. The photos also show a somewhat comically jarring mish-mash in aesthetics that had perhaps come to symbolize the nouveau riche of crypto.

Equities could sell off in the coming weeks due to several factors, including weak global growth and poor company earnings, according to UBS strategists. "Growth is weaker than in the investor narrative and much weaker than priced in markets," said UBS strategists led by chief strategist Bhanu Baweja in a note to clients on June 28. One particular issue UBS strategists noted was the health of the credit market. Matthew Mish, head of credit strategy at the bank, noted that UBS' latest research had noticed an uptick in factors that could worsen credit conditions. When asked about indicators to watch ahead of an increase in credit spreads, Mish pointed to a rise in bankruptcy filings, worsening credit ratings, and falling traded prices for defaulted leveraged loans.

“Credit spreads are too tight, they are not adequately reflecting the risk of recession. Leveraged loans and junk bonds are high-risk corporate debt. Their borrowing rates have been held in check by solid liquidity while default rates are near historical lows and not seen likely to spike significantly near-term. Earnings were better than expected in the second quarter on average, but higher rates and slowing growth are expected to make a bigger dent in profits soon, which could bring rating downgrades and higher default risk. “For now the credit market's still taking comfort from in place fundamentals and a slow pace of deterioration.
