This means it would have been written while Kafka was undergoing treatment for tuberculosis, with which he was diagnosed three years earlier. Autoritatea Națională de Integritate (ANI) anunță vineri, 9 iulie, că a luat act de decizia Curții Constituționale (CC). 133/2016 privind declararea averii și a intereselor personale și anume:Articolul 15. Curtea Constituțională (CC) a declarat vineri, 9 iulie, neconstituțională prevederea Articolul 19 (1) lit. Deputatul PAS Sergiu Litvinenco a sesizat CC, pe 25 iunie curent, după ce ANI a inițiat un control în privința Domnicăi Manole, președinta CC. Astfel, Constituția nu împuternicește alte autorități publice să examineze o hotărâre a CC și să o considere ca fiind neconstituțională sau ilegală”.
