In 2023, the Port of Baltimore handled a record 52.3 million tons of international cargo valued at nearly $81 billion.
But on March 26, the Francis Scott Key Bridge collapsed after the container vessel Dali struck the bridge and sent the 47-year-old structure into the Patapsco River.
Moore recently spoke with Business Insider about the collapse of the Key Bridge and the economic impacts of the port's closure.
