Business Insider partnered with MergerLinks , a financial-data service that tracks deals, to present the fifth edition of "The Rainmakers," the 20 M&A bankers who orchestrated the largest deals in North America. MergerLinks tracks publicly announced deals and calculates deal values on a net basis, including both equity and debt pieces.
