In the December 21 report, Jones listed 20 cities where demand is picking up the most over last year.
To create the list, Jones looked at the average number of viewers per listed property in individual cities relative to the national average.
In her final list of 20 cities, houses in all locations saw higher visitor traffic than the national average, and all but Columbus, Ohio saw their median days on the market drop year-over-year.
