In January, Iswaran was handed 27 charges, including corruption — he pleaded not guilty to those charges. A statement from Singapore's anti-graft watchdog said the alleged offences were committed between November 2021 and November 2022, and was in connection with Iswaran's official function as Minister for Transport.
