A later search found multiple 3D-printed “ghost guns” without serial numbers, semi-automatic rifles, handguns and shotguns. The use of ghost guns is on the rise across the country with the Biden administration telling the Supreme Court that police departments have faced an “explosion of crimes involving ghost guns” in recent years. Jennifer Guilbeault, 23, was indicted on multiple hate crime charges on Monday after allegedly pepper-spraying a 45-year-old Uber driver while he began praying in Arabic, according to a press release from the prosecutor. “As alleged, Jennifer Guilbeault senselessly assaulted a Muslim Uber driver while he was just doing his job. A Trip Into Tornado Alley With America’s Most Obsessive Storm ChaserOn a clear morning in late May, Reed Timmer began the day at home in Lexington, Okla., studying the latest update from the National Weather Service’s storm-prediction center. A month into his freshman year, he went storm chasing, and saw his first tornado. He went on to begin his Ph.D. studies, but the allure of storm chasing waylaid his academic career. Timmer insists that chasing tornadoes is safe, though others’ experience suggests a different conclusion. In 2013, while he was pursuing the El Reno tornado in Oklahoma, four other chasers died in the storm.
