For the latest Times Opinion focus group, we gathered nine men who voted for Mr. Biden in 2020 to see how their views about him evolved since then.
Most of them could see a difference Mr. Biden had made in their communities — roads paved, highways built, fiber-optic networks laid — and in the way people around them spoke.
