But Cliff Robert, an attorney for Donald Trump's sons Eric and Donald Jr., challenged Bender's recollection of his interactions with Jeff McConney, a longtime Trump Organization accountant. Bender is no stranger to the witness stand, having previously testified at the criminal trial of the Trump Organization in 2022.
