Wembanyama, a 7-foot-4 French superstar, is perhaps the most-hyped N.B.A. Within his eight-foot wingspan, Wembanyama has just about every skill N.B.A. “There is no better environment for him than the Spurs,” said Jonathan Givony, a draft analyst for ESPN.
