He’s going to be a killer rebounder, monster screener and will consistently establish his position even against some of the stronger NBA players. I’m done doubting Edey, even as an NBA player. As an enormous ballhandler with serious touch and incredible vision as a passer, Topić is clearly an NBA player, even if it doesn’t all translate. Shannon is an elite athlete, but the NBA game requires more nuance, especially if he continues to be an inconsistent shooter. However, I also think he’s more than just a floor spacer on offense in spot-up situations and potentially as an off-ball scorer.

Atlanta selected Risacher from a muddled top tier that included Sarr, Connecticut center Donovan Clingan and wing Stephon Castle, and Kentucky guard Reed Sheppard. His team played in France’s top pro league and a second division of teams competing all across Europe. Saluan is 6-foot-9 and averaged 9.6 points and 4.0 rebounds playing for Cholet in France’s top pro league. For the first time, the NBA Draft is being held over two nights, with Round 1 happening Wednesday at the Barclays Center and Round 2 on Thursday.
