Jo Hunter was already offering her employees remote working and a four-day week. Hunter repeated the move this year and says taking a month off is a revelation – and good for business. During the pandemic, we moved to working a four-day workweek and remote working to support our employees. The company had grown from four to seven employees over the last few years and demand for our creativity workshops increased. Right now, CEOs of some of the world's biggest companies are pointing to productivity data to call their employees back to offices.
