What qualities should you look out for when assembling a dream team at work? Jay Shen, the founder and CEO of U.K.-based start-up Transreport, says the most important trait may not be a candidate's stellar resume or technical expertise. "What I mean by good people, is somebody who really cares about the project, is really passionate about what we do, and is really willing to work with the team," Shen told CNBC's My Biggest Lessons. "And nothing will give you more pleasure when you see the individual really grow and thrive in that position. And they will support each other, bringing a better future for the whole organization going forward," he said.
