CNN —Al Pacino is enjoying being a late-in-life dad. The legendary actor talked about being a father to a brood, including to 16-month-old Roman with producer Noor Alfallah, in a new interview with People. “It’s just so wonderful to have children,” the 84-year-old father of four said. “For me, I loved it,” Pacino said. “And that has been a campaign for me to stick around a little longer, if it’s possible.”“Sonny Boy” will be published on October 15.

CNN —Actor Al Pacino and girlfriend Noor Alfallah have welcomed a baby boy, a representative for Pacino told CNN. Pacino, 83, and Alfallah, 29, a film producer, named their child Roman Pacino. When news broke earlier this month that Pacino was set to become a father again, his friend and fellow actor Robert De Niro, who at 79 welcomed his seventh child last month, shared his excitement. “Go Al, God bless him,” De Niro said. Pacino’s most recent feature film credit was 2021’s “House of Gucci,” in which he played Aldo Gucci opposite Adam Driver and Lady Gaga.

It added that Pacino had been linked to Alfallah, 29, since April last year. A representative for Pacino confirmed the actor and Alfallah were expecting a baby, without giving further details. Earlier this month, fellow Oscar winning actor Robert De Niro, Pacino's co-star in several films including most recently "The Irishman," confirmed he had welcomed his seventh child at the age of 79.
