California is reviving the ADU grant program again, but details are being worked out. Altogether, we paid $124,000 out of pocket, got the $40,000 from the state, and a forgivable loan of $67,500. I paid for the majority of the project with my savings, and the rest with the $40,000 California ADU grant.
