Given the impact of Covid, it is deeply disappointing that national governments are not investing the necessary resources to build life-saving pandemic preparedness capacity. Making matters worse, Congress has made major cuts to pandemic preparedness funding, as part of the ongoing appropriations process. Schola is an online guide and marketplace for students to match with different PK-12 schools. Students can learn about and even apply to various public, private, and charter schools on the platform. Schola has launched in all 50 states and just raised $10 million in Series A funding.
