Două automobile de epocă – Limuzina „Gaz-14”, anul producerii 1977, și „ZIL 41047”, anul fabricării 1989, aflate în dotarea garajului Parlamentului, și folosite anterior de foștii președinți de țară Mircea Snegur și Petru Lucinschi, ex-președinți și ai organului legislativ, au fost expuse marți, 18 mai, în fața clădirii Parlamentului, cu ocazia Zilei Internaționale a Muzeelor. Muzeul Parlamentului Republicii Moldova a fost creat la 23 mai anul 2017. Expoziția de inaugurare a Muzeului Parlamentului a adunat împreună deputați din primul Parlament, ambasadori, tineri și deputați și a început cu o modestă expoziție de fotografie și documente adoptate de Sfatul Țării. În acest an, Muzeul Parlamentului a fost completat cu cca 500 de copii ale documentelor oferite de Arhiva Națională a Republicii Moldova, care reprezintă o retrospectivă a parlamentarismului în timpul Sfatului Țării. În fiecare an, la 18 mai, comunitatea mondială celebrează Ziua Internațională a Muzeelor.
