A Ukrainian commander's top aide was killed in an explosive "accident," a Ukrainian official said.
A suspect warned Hennadii Chastiakov that the grenades he gave him for his birthday were real.
"The deceased probably did not believe this information," Maryana Reva told Radio Svoboda.
