More than 9 million merchants sell their wares on Amazon's marketplace and also supply it with steady streams of revenue. Amazon collects advertising fees for touting their products, fulfillment fees for delivery in addition to less specific "sellers' fees." Some merchants welcome the potential of relaxed seller and advertising charges, while others worry that completely dissolving Amazon's advertising services would harm their ability to reach shoppers. The FTC found that the company's fulfillment fees increased approximately 30% between 2020 and 2022. Dieterle relies on Amazon's fulfillment and advertising services to boost merchandise sales.

The convening of a Marine Board of Investigation is the highest level of investigation conducted by the U.S. Coast Guard, Neubauer said. Investigators are working closely with other national and international investigative authorities, including the U.S. National Transportation Safety Board, the Transportation Safety Board of Canada, the French marine casualties investigation board and the United Kingdom Marine Accident Investigation Branch, Neubauer added. The helicopter came close to the water, but the Coast Guard said "superb piloting" helped save it. Videos shared online showed the helicopter hovering over the cruise ship, appearing very shaky and making sudden, jerking movements. The helicopter then turns away from the cruise ship but takes a sharp dive down toward the ocean. The Jayhawk helicopter and the Ocean Sentry were able to return safely to base. Summary Egypt inflation poll data:CAIRO, April 6 (Reuters) - Egypt's headline inflation rate is set to hit an all-time high in March, a Reuters poll showed on Thursday, following a continued shortage of foreign currency after more than a year of devaluations of the Egyptian pound. The median forecast of 13 analysts polled showed annual urban consumer inflation rising to 33.6% in March from 31.9% in February, which itself was a five-and-a-half-year record. "We think that earlier falls in the pound will continue to feed through into Egypt's inflation, pushing up both food and non-food inflation," said Capital Economics, which forecast March inflation of 37.1%. The state statistics agency CAPMAS is scheduled to release February inflation data on Monday morning.
