The Georgia town hall, where Trump took questions on reproductive laws, transgender rights and other issues, aired Wednesday morning. The New York Times looked at some 7,400 emails sent by the Trump campaign since Mr. Trump entered the presidential race. Ms. Harris, and before her Mr. Biden, have far outpaced Mr. Trump in fund-raising this cycle, including from small-dollar donors. But both in sheer number (about 75 emails per week, on average, throughout this campaign cycle) and in syntax, the former president’s campaign emails stand out. Similar questions have arisen about contests Mr. Trump’s campaign and political action committee have run in years past.

As Hurricane Milton hit, TikTok was filled with live streams from people in Florida. But even though there were plenty of live videos, it was hard to follow for breaking news. As night fell and power outages swept the coast, I watched live streams of palm trees swaying in the dark rain. And indeed, TikTok found controversy for Hurricane Milton. That was far different from on X, which previously used to be the best place to get live news.

CNN —Researchers in Denmark have published a case report revealing an unexpected consequence of one of breakdancing’s most iconic moves: the headspin. Breakdancing, or breaking as it’s called by its athletes, made its debut as an official sport at the 2024 Paris Olympics. These can include carpal tunnel syndrome and other nerve problems, as well as a condition known in the breaking community as headspin hole, an overuse injury that can affect the scalp. “This repetitive strain on the skull, scalp and skin likely triggers inflammation, and over time, minor bleeding may lead to thickened skin and scar tissue, forming the characteristic bulge.” Søndergaard, a co-author of the case report, treated the patient. The patient’s head before and after surgery to remove a noncancerous tumor caused by years of breakdancing.
