A total return – the stock price plus the value of reinvested dividends – of at least 10% in 2024. The stock offers a dividend yield of 3.0% and has a 2024 total return of nearly 23%. Year to date, the stock has a total return of nearly 38%, and it offers a dividend yield of 2.5%.
