Executives looking to boost their own profiles have for years paid freelancers to ghostwrite their LinkedIn posts. Now big PR firms are getting into the game, and LinkedIn profile management is going mainstream. Business Insider spoke to 14 PR firms that said more companies are asking for LinkedIn writing and strategy services for their leaders. Zappa said he does not offer specific rates for LinkedIn posts and instead includes LinkedIn in broader content contracts. However, he estimated that PR firms solely focused on LinkedIn ghostwriting could charge companies $5,000 a month for three to five LinkedIn posts.

This past week alone, Boeing and UPS called workers back to the office five days a week. A survey by the Conference Board found few U.S. CEOs saying they will prioritize bringing workers back to the office full time in the year ahead. Jotform, an online form-building platform with about 660 team members, recently made the decision to require employees to be in the office five days a week. A December Resume Builder poll of 800 business leaders found that 8 in 10 companies will track employee office attendance in 2024. In some cases, companies are also finding it difficult to crack down on lower-level employees because higher-ups also aren't complying.

Komodo Health has ditched its plans for an initial public offering in the near future. Digital health's IPO desertGlobally, only six digital health companies have gone public via IPO in 2022 so far, according to a report by Galen Growth and Finn Partners. Besides Komodo, two other digital health companies were said to be pursuing an IPO earlier this year before the market slipped. "The IPO market is shut right now, for all intents and purposes," said Jon Swope, who leads SVB Securities' digital health and healthtech business. "How soon will we see the return of that for the IPO market?"
