Phoenix was tapped to perform in the closing ceremony in a celebration of French artists and their influence on music. Following the athlete's parade and acrobatic performers, Phoenix began a celebration of French artistry with a performance of "Lisztomania." Phoenix perform during the closing ceremony of the Paris Summer Olympic Games on Sunday. Paris Mayor Anne Hidalgo will give the Olympic flag to Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass to symbolize the transition.
