CNN —A 21-year-old soldier stationed in Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri, has been charged with murder in the death of a sergeant whose body was found in a dumpster on the military base after she disappeared. Rescuers are scrambling to find dozens of people missing after severe flash floods ripped across southern and eastern Spain, where some areas received up to 12 inches of rain in just a few hours. At least 95 people were killed, with the majority of deaths in the worst-hit region of Valencia, after being hit by the worst rainfall in the region in 28 years.
